I am SO disappointed in the disrepect, the arrogance, and the lack of listening to the customer of these men. My first red flag was when the servicemen walked into the house without putting on protective covers on their shoes, as I've seen become the standard in servicing anything in a house. First thing I told the men that I didn't think my auxilary unit was connected properly. After a 5 minute exam, they told me my Ecobee (smart thermostat) was the issue, and the unit was frozen. They said I had to replace the new thermostat with the old and they wouldn't touch the new thermostat - that I had to put it back. That they wouldn't be able to do anything today and they would come back I told them that the auxilary heat was not working even with the old thermostat and repeated that I didn't think the auxilary heat was connected. I told them the blower fan had been replaced in October and I was concerned something had become disconnected. At that point, they proceeded to begin arguing with me and yelling at me. I calmed them down and said let's address the problem together. It took 5 minutes of arguing to get them to help me. They looked at the unit again, said it was frozen and showed me. I told them that was a problem that had arisen in the past 24 hours, and was new - had not contributed to the other problem of the house not heating. At that point, I told them let's test the unit with ONLY the auxilary heat on. That's when the technician said the auxilary heat was not working and within a minute found a loose wire that needed to be connected. I told them the VERY first thing that was my concern was the auxilary not being connected. We could have solved the problem in 5 minutes. Instead it took 45 minutes, of which 30 was tense exchanges and yelling from the servicemen.

I just had the best experience with eastern tech that I thought I had to share. I got home late evening and I realized that my heating system is not working, a friend of mine recommended them to me and I immediately called, they were at my door pretty quick , and with patience they resolved the issue in less than 15minutes with a the best price. Totally recommend them, very satisfied with their service.

They are great I have used them twice with AC problem last year and this year and both times they was very nice and got the problem fixed. Highly recommend them!
