I want to thank Dr. Ravi Swamy for the great office visit I had with him today. I was seeing another ENT doctor (not with this practice) and was very disappointed with the office visit with him, I was not diagnosed correctly and therefore suffered longer with my problem than I needed to.
I looked online and found Dr. Ravi Swamy (5 stars no less :) ) I called his office, Metropolitan ENT,on a Thursday and was given an appointment on the following Monday. I found him to be very caring and he listed to me when I tried to explain what was happening with my loss of hearing in my ear. He asked me to get a cat scan of my sinuses and have allergy testing done.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Ravi Swamy if you are looking for a great ENT who cares and listens.
