One daughter sick; the other wanted to order pizza with her allowance. I called to see if they would break a $50 on delivery and they said no. We loaded up and drove into the store to pick up the pizza. They couldn't break a $50 there either. What? I had to go into Kroger to break the $50. No apology, no thank you, just very impersonal and unapologetic service. Definitely not what I am used to from the young lady that I normally do business with. One star is for the reality that my daughter consistently requests their pizza. The other is for the pizza being ready on time. Customer service and inconvenience lost the rest.
New Domino's in West Lake. Young kid just told me he was a part owner and they can't deliver to one of the most populated and demographically richist areas in West Lake because it is more than 12 minutes from their store. LMAO, you will be delivering here or missing a huge business. We are not going to meet you up the road to pick up a puzza.
