I used to have service where they gave us a free cooler and we paid monthly for water. After some time we cancelled the service. The driver came and picked up the cooler in sept of 2016. Since then they've still been billing me. I called this morning for the second time to try to resolve the issue and the lady on the phone was very rude and accusatory. She asked me why I waited so long to call? She said " I don't know where the machine is, that's what i'm asking you", she stated "we don't have a record of the machine being picked up". Do you have a document from when the machine was picked up but they never gave me anything. They picked the machine up the same way they dropped it off. They only gave us paperwork when they initially signed us up, not when they dropped off the machine and not when they picked it up. Know they don't want to refund me any money and they are claiming I have the machine when I don't have the machine. This lady was NASTY and accused me of lying without saying "you're a liar". I was highly insulted and I did curse at her. I was appalled at her suggestion that i'm negligent and have kept their machine. What use of it do I have. No bother to end send someone by the store and check. They probably have high turnover and can't even go back and find the driver and ask him if he picked it up or not. It's just, oh well, we don't have a record of it so it didn't happen. That was her attitude as if they have a flawless system. I highly doubt it.
