What a great experience. Rico was awesome. This was my third jump, and my third center. This one was great. Much more relaxed experience. I was still just as nervous as my first jump, but the guys made it so easy and relaxed. The views were gorgeous. My friend and I jumped for our brothers. It was just all around a great experience. Keep in mind weather does change, and winds change very quickly at those heights, so be patient with the staff. They’re looking out for your safety and best interest, as well as the staff and your jumpers. We were fortunate to have a GREAT weather day for jumping. A little chilly at 10,000ft but a GORGEOUS day to jump. Anticipate a pretty noticeable temperature difference (on a good day) when you get to your jump height as far as for planning what to wear. Fitted longsleeves are always a safe bet. We cannot wait to go back to Warrenton and jump with these guys again!!

Awful management and customer service. They seriously lack useful human resources at the site. We scheduled our jump sometime end of last year and it ended up being canceled due to bad weather. We were offered to reschedule and also were told we could not get a refund because we got our tickets from Groupon. Our second jump, a week after was again canceled due to weather. That would've been understandable but we were told we would be informed well in advance, and we weren't. We rescheduled it for the next day but it got canceled due to weather again. Unfortunately, it was the last day of the season. Fast forward yesterday, we were rescheduled for an afternoon jump, called in before we left home (about 2 hours away from jumpsite) to make sure the jump is still on, and as we arrived I saw approximately 10 people waiting because the jump was on weather hold for 2 hours. We weren't informed about weather hold and when we called at the Center 2 hours ago no one was at the desk to answer (multiple times, I knew something like this would happen). Upon asking the staff there, we were told they had been on hold since the last 4-5 hours (even a fellow instructor went home couple of hours before that). That begs the question, WHY WOULD THEY NOT INFORM US WHEN WE CALLED!? I honestly, don't recommend this place to anyone. If you have excessive free time and would like unnecessary stress then please skydive with them.
