Days Inn by Wyndham Alexandria

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. The hotel itself is okay, minor details here and there however, the management for this property is atrocious. The general manager, Dave, is one of the most inhumane and emotionless person I have ever met. This guys really only cares about money and does absolutely NOTHING when his employees makes mistakes yet, DEFENDS them! I am in the process of reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as their corporate office. Save your money and go to the Extended Stay or Comfort Inn across the street.

Management is fantastic. I had an issue with the room I booked, my mistake not theirs, and it was taken care of immediately by the manager. Super nice gentleman as well. Highly recommend.
