I purchased the incorrect element for my oven from Danville Appliance. This was a part they stocked, I never even removed it from the packaging, and I took it back the next day, but I was refused a return. They were patronizing and dismissive when I bought the part, and doubly so when I tried to return it. The only positives were that the part was on hand and the price was competitive - a pretty low standard, really. However, the TOTAL failure on the customer service front wipes even those modest pluses away completely. Amazon has whatever you need, with friendly and prompt customer service. Next time I'll shop ANYWHERE else, even if it means we have to go without an oven/dryer/etc for a day or two.
