Its fair to say the whole staff is very nice and helpful! Especially regarding helmets. Special thanks to Josh for good customer care! Exchanged and did a size upgrade for my expensive helmet with out any hassle. I am sooo glad i choose cycle gear in Springfield, rather then online!

Great staff! They are very patient. They ad a great selection for females. Some maintenance equipment was pricey compared to what I can get online but overall great experience
