when my husband died in a nursing home it was early ours of the morning, i called and they said they would go pick up and i wouldn't have to do anything. the were great compassionate. i have recommended this to 2 of my friends that had elderly parents and at the end they also said how easy it was to have them take care of everything. i didn't have any family in the area so i didn't need to have an elaborate funeral.
