If I could give negative stars, I would. They publicly embarassed me several times about my disability and my service dog. Each time it was a mistake on THEIR end and not mine. The staff and management are rude and uncaring. They discriminate against people with disabilities and disabled veterans especially. We are Diamond level Choice Rewards members and they still treated us this badly. They kept calling the room and calling me to the front desk and telling me that other guests were complaining that my dog was barking even when she wasn't. The one time she did bark it was because it was nearly 2am and people were shouting in the hallway for an hour. The staff did nothing about that and instead chose to blame me for saying something about it. I have filed and won a complaint through their corporate office. Avoid this place at all costs.
