Visiting the area on the way back from grabbing my daughter. Now, I'm very familiar with Chili's in my area and how things work and I can say how this place is ran is almost absurd. First off, took 5 minutes for our server to come to the table. Another 5 minutes to get our drinks, along with 35 MINUTES to get 2 chicken finger plates out. Are you kidding me??? Servers were hanging out at the kitchen door, the host both seemed like they had no interest in their job or wanted to do it from the looks on their faces. I have never been so disappointed in a place before and this is sad coming from a franchise company. I can honestly say, this is the last time I'll eat at chili's again. $40 well wasted, and would love for a manager to respond to discuss my terrible evening.
