If I could leave less than 1 star I would.. Disappointment is an understatement for my experiences I've had with this office. We choose the Children's Clinic based on very positive reviews from colleagues and friends who where thrilled with the services they have received from this office. I was not impressed with the Doctor's they did not have level of nurturing or even friendly.. We had an appointment for my son's immunizations, they did not call to confirm the appointment, so we missed it by accident, no-one from the office called to let us know we even missed the appointment. We only received a bill 2 weeks later with a missed appointment fee.. Most recently tried to reschedule an check up for my son and waited on hold two separate time for more than 10 minutes each time, to speak with someone and never once was able to speak with someone. This office does not value their patients, whatsoever. The office is not clean, there is a certain level of cleanness that is expected at a doctors office, this office does not meet my expectation at all. It is dusty, uncleaned, and smells dirty. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Please, do yourself a favor, do not take your children here.

I love The Childrens Clinic. Sure, it's an old building with old furniture but I find it cozy and comforting. Dr. Brezyski, my son's primary care physician, is absolutely fabulous but so are all the other physicians! I've been taking my son to The Childrens Clinic since he was born, he is 9 now. Every time I call with a question and have to leave a message, my call is returned promptly- every time. These physicians are all long in the tooth and have seen it all. I trust them wholeheartedly! They have always offered same day sick appointments with little to no wait time. If you are looking for a pediatric practice, give these folks a try. We have never had a bad experience.
