I just left the Short Pump Store and had a terrible experience. I was shopping with my elderly mother and the sales woman was extremely disrespectful. Her tone was condescending and impatient when speaking with my mother. When my mother told her she was done the sales woman announced in a very loud voice, "oh, are you dismissing me? "I just can't win with you." I was shocked and embarrased for my mom. We typically shop at the River Road store and have always been treated with the utmost respect. We will never go back to this location. I wonder how this sales woman would feel if her mother was treated this way!!
