I've been going here for about two years now and am overall happy with the practice. Dr. Nguyen has been great with helping me with my disorder, always greets me with an upbeat and positive attitude, takes time to answer all of my questions and concerns and I never feel rushed through my exam.
Her patient care coordinator, Regina, is always on top of it. She answers voicemails in a very prompt manner and even when I show up on pretty short notice she is always happy to help me. I remember a day I had stopped by to get my script and had a question about my check up schedule. Some people have a negative view of my medication and I was so impressed when Regina brought me into the hallway to quietly discuss my questions about my medication and check ups rather than discuss it in a lobby full of people.
In general, I'm not a huge fan of the lobby staff but Patricia has been nothing but awesome. She is always friendly and professional and tackles any potential issues in a very reasonable and goal oriented manner. I called fairly (possibly more than fairly, heh) frustrated about an ongoing issue and spoke to Patricia and Regina who each patiently listened to everything I had to say and met my frustration with understanding. They not only did everything possible to get my issues resolved as fast as possible but worked to establish the best solution for my case and concerns all the while keeping me updated throughout the entire process.
I really appreciate all that the do, what a great bunch!
