Everything was great until the exam was over and time to pick out frames and place my order. The staff was very nice and helpful; however, refused to give me my pupillary distance. It was measured and recorded on the order form for the new glasses. But when I asked for the measurement, I got a strange shoulder shrug and told it was a subjective measurement and they could not give it out; and, if someone else were to measure, they may have a differing opinion. I've been to many eye exams and most print the pupillary distance on the prescription, or happily give you the numbers. Another lady piped in and said if I had the measurement from a previous exam elsewhere, then the measurement hasn't changed. Subjective measurements, and unchanged is not the point. I picked them to provide a service, and they fell short on customer satisfaction. Thanks to this experience, I found several mobile apps that will quickly give an accurate PD measurement (compared to previous prescriptions). Will not patron this business again.
