Carilion Clinic Family Medicine - Waynesboro

Every time I come here, the receptionists are extremely rude. Always at least an hour wait, even when I'm the only patient there. Definitely changing doctors. Done with this place.

I have been a patient since I was a child, probably at least 25 years, at the Waynesboro office. I called today to ask about having some records transferred and since I haven't been seen since 2011 I was told I am no longer a patient and they aren't accepting new patients. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and short and obviously not happy with her job. I will continue to be seen at Harrisonburg Family Practice where the drive will be worth the AMAZING and FRIENDLY staff!!
