Capital One Bank

I would never recommend this bank. On mothers day I went and deposited money.I'm waiting for my receipt and my card. The screen went blank. Sign came up saying it's rebooting.. I'm already running late for mother's day activities.I waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes the person who answered put me on hold and my call went back in in the pool waiting for another person to talk to. All in all the rest of my day was not too good.I put my funds In the bank. My bank card wasn't returned to me. Beware of this bank.research all fianantial institutes before trusting them with your hard earned money.
