Candy's Cuts & More

Received one of the best haircuts at this establishment. They can artistically cut/barber both ethnic and non-ethnic hair types. Candy, herself did my hair and I was beyond pleased, both with the actual cut as well as the information on how to keep hair healthy and to how to properly grow it, she spoke to me after the cut and gave the information as well as what I was doing incorrectly and offered well needed advise. Only complaint that I would have is the hours, besides that, I would highly recommend going to this unknown "gem" in Norfolk.
