This was one of the nicest group of people I’ve met. Very helpful. They took time to walk me through the process of getting my car fixed for the first time after being rear ended. Step by step they were there giving me text updates and phone calls to keep me in the loop about the repair status. Clean office and knowledgeable staff. They really seemed to take pride in their work. If I ever need body work done again, I will definitely return here.

They took very good care of my BMW 335i convertible. There was a small issue w/ battery which we discovered later. Chris went extra miles to take care of that as well. I highly recommend them for any body work. The reason I haven't given 5 is, the automatic status (SMS to your mobile) update from their shop was not reliable. But, that's not their expertise...perhaps their IT can take a look at that :)
