Buffalo Wild Wings

Terrible service. I placed a order online and had a pickup for Noon. I was greeted with a "what you order" and then never spoke to again. I waited for 20 mins while a multiple people with pick up times after me got there food before me. I then asked about my order again and they said it still wasn't in the window. All while at least 5 employees stood outside the kitchen talking to each other. I said my order was suppose to be ready at noon and that it was now 12:20 and that i was on a thirty minute lunch break. I was then told it was because i ordered online and was told i should have ordered over the phone. Employee told me to file the complaint online and then yelled across the room for her manager saying "this man has a complaint about me." Manager walked with me outside apologized for the wait and the rude service and that he would give me a refund. I have still yet to see a refund. Safe to say I will never go back to this location. And judging by the other poor reviews it seems to be a ongoing problem with the employees and management at this location.

Great place to grab lunch and a drink. Awesome day staff! Food and service always on point.
