Bromwell's The Fireplace People

Good place with wide selection of fireplace and inserts both gas and wood. Place has various models on display as well as good variety of fireplace doors. Described my needs and got good advice to go for gas log fireplace (rather than inserts that costs twice the price). Waiting for gas tech to come out to evaluate cost of running gas from furnace to fireplace. Good service and folks will not sell you highest item just to make profit. Rare to find small business with good sales folks like that nowadays.

We recently had a gas fireplace insert installed by Bromwells, and from start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. They explained things clearly and well in the showroom, answered multiple follow up questions before we decided to move forward, and then, during the week of install, made the entire process easy. Our project required an electrician for a new outlet; a new gas line, multiple permits and City inspections; and of course the hook-up and install of the actual unit. It all meant that I had a week full of contractor appointments that made me want to groan, as I feared wasting endless hours of my time waiting for people. But every single day, people came exactly when they said they'd be here, permits magically appeared on time, everyone was super nice and very professional, and everyone made it appear that what they were doing was easy ... when I know, in fact, that our 75 year old house with its millions of eccentricities was probably not so easy. The whole process was seamless, and we're super excited to have this new upgrade to enjoy in the fall! I would highly recommend Bromwells.

If I could provide more than 5 stars, I would. Bromwell's has been amazing throughout the whole process of our getting a gas insert into our traditional fireplace (before installation, during installation, and after installation) -- extra special kudos to Brian and Prescott. In particular, Bromwell's runs their business with the highest attention to customer service. They answer emails and phone calls nearly instantaneously (even now, three months after we purchased and installed the unit). We could not be happier with the gas insert we purchased, but more importantly, we could not be happier with the continued customer service we have received. We lost our power in the windstorm on Saturday morning and emailed Brian and Prescott (before the store opened) for assistance, and they responded instantly and walked me through fixing the issue on the phone. Their motto is, "we will always be here for you." They stand behind their words!
