Broadlands Brickoven Pizzeria

We have ordered from Broadlands Pizza quite a bit over the years because their pizza is decent and they are close by. Last night we ordered from their online ordering service at 7:07pm and it said the food would be delivered at 8:02pm. We ordered some Greek salads, seafood pasta and a calzone. OK, its a Friday, it's busy so that is fine. At 8:20 when the food hadn't arrived I called and was told the driver was "out for delivery". Waited another 20 minutes and called again to be told the driver is 5 minutes away. So, the order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here. The lady on the phone said sometimes the online system just "gives out a time" so I said, if you know the online system is not accurate with delivery timing on busy nights why do you use that system? Of course the food was lukewarm when it got here. Very disappointing meal for $60.
