In terms of selection, the Bradlick Shopping center is pretty good. I've seen better, but it's conveniently located off of Braddock Road, so it's hard to complain.
That said, this is probably one of the worst designed shopping centers I've ever been to. There seems to be traffic at all hours of the day, parking is almost always a hassle and everything just feels tight and cramped. I get that there's a lot of thru traffic and busy road surrounding it, but there has to be a better design for this. Stay out of here during the lunch hour unless you want to walk a lightyear to get to your store/restaurant.
