I just wanted to say what a great job Gerard Kiff did as the selling agent for our home that we recently sold in Chesapeake(Dec.2016.)
Gerard seemed to be right on target with proper pricing and expectations.
As soon as our house went on the market, our neighborhood suddenly had several houses come on the market as well. He certainly had his work cut out for him. But Gerard did his job. He saw to it that we had an open house as often as possible, and we had several. He kept in close contact with me and he handled everything very professionally. Gerard was always respectful, and he even gave me the encouragement that needed on that rare occasion that we had last minute showing request. I enjoyed all of my interactions with Gerard, and he was always easy to communicate with.
