Every time I go in this store, I am met with snooty staff. Maybe it's because I am younger than their usual clientele, but they talk down to me and treat me as if I do not know what I'm doing in regards to my current skincare routine. When I asked for a sample of a product, I was given a sample of another product I did not ask for because the staff didn't like the one I wanted. I left the store that day with two samples of products I never asked for. I have yet to go into this store and be pleased with their customer service. The cast members at the Sephora around the corner are much more helpful and pleasant.
