My husband shops here every Christmas for me a Bearington plush bear. He could easily order online, but loves going here because the sales lady is so nice and always helps pick one that I will love.
I also recently needed three large floral arrangements for a special event. My husband took in a photo and ordered the first one. I then found out we needed two more and they let me email a photo of the style I wanted for those. They were also nice enough to make an exception and deliver outside their normal area. The flowers were delivered on time and exceeded our expectations. How often does that happen these days!? It is obvious that they use high quality flowers, the rose buds were huge.
