Battlefield Ford

Micheal Bradford was great loving our new car!

I had been dealing with another Ford dealership for at least THREE WEEKS trying to have warranty work completed that Ford said was covered but the dealership was telling me wasn't. Ford finally recommended using another dealership, so I visited Battlefield Ford of Manassas and they took care of my warranty work and had me out the door in about 30 minutes. I am so thankful and will continue to use Battlefield for service on all my Ford cars. I will have to update post later with the two individuals that helped me, I forgot their names but they have superb customer service. You know how sometimes you have encounters with people in customer service and think why did you choose this profession if you seem to hate working with people? Not these guys at all! Not only were the two that helped me amazing, fast, super friendly and helpful but while I was there, I had three other gentlemen ask if I had been helped. If you have a Ford and live in the area, never take your car anywhere else! Thank you Battlefield!

Great staff. Great service. Everyone greets you with a smile. Great customer service and they have a complementary pickup/ drop off service.
