Only one teller on busy Saturday makes long queue,why do you have to operate drive through teller when you have 10 people waiting in the office.Add staff or use existing staff wisely.

Was told on the phone that they could cash my son's check and all I needed was his birth certificate to prove he was too young to cash it himself. Get to the branch and they say they can't cash it. This is one of the reasons I closed my accounts with this bank.
