The wellness care plan recommended by Benfield is one-size-fits-all, instead of individual dog needs, plus additional treatments/supplements recommended each time when we go in for a routine visit, it sounds funny but I feel as my dog is over-vaccinated, over-treated, and over-cared. More money spent but actually not getting the best care, I couldn’t help but wonder which is the priority, revenue generation or care of my beloved four-leg friend? Unfortunately, this must be a very successful business model, that most national brand pet care companies does it no matter where you go, where is the old fashioned family doctor that one can trust for a dog’s lifetime anymore?
