HORRIBLE FRONT DESK GUY. Had scheduled an appointment for my sick dog. My appointment was at 8am. I called ahead to inform them I would be running 5 to 10 minutes late. I was told that was fine because there is a 10 minute grace period. I walk in the door at 8:10am. When I start checking in my dog it turns 8:11am. The dude front desk told me I'm too late. Then I told him how is that possible when there is a 10 minute grace period, and then he proceeded to tell me that I'm 1 minute too late and that they can't see me because they will be 1 minute late into there next appointment. I can't believe that for 1 minute he cancelled my appointment. He insisted on me rescheduling my appointment or leaving my dog there to pick him up later. Unfortunately, with my very tight schedule i was unable to do so. I'm so upset over this. I am looking into other veterinarians around me because I can't stick to place where they are not considerate at all. I'm cancelling my wellness program with them. That guy in the front has now caused a customer loss. I can't believe this, I took time out of my tight schedule for this appointment and he really cancelled it over a minute.
