The service was outstanding, but I was dissatisfied with the results. For Christmas, I bought my nom’s boyfriend a JVC KWV820BT from Crutchfield. My brother installed it, and all functions worked except for the DVD player audio. We tried several RCA cables for audio, though the left channel you could not hear at all. Instead of fixing the issue, the installer stated one of the DVD audio channels were bad. I doubt that because the audio worked fine with the stock radio. Would Audio Express just let a customer walk out with issues with the gear they purchased? No. They did not even replace the interface, which could have been the problem. A backup camera was installed, and that works great. However, the original problem was never corrected, so now theres a 400 dollar radio where the Dvd player cannot be used. Very unhappy. Would recommend only if you have a simple install with no complications.
