I wanted to move out of the apartment after the first couple of weeks of being here. I moved here in April 2014. First, I was not able to view my apartment before hand which was a bad idea. My apartment had this horrible smell for about 2 weeks, I didn't even stay here, I would have to leave my windows open and leave. After I went through my apartment I saw that my washer and dryer was filthy. Apparently the last renters had pets because the middle part of my washing machine had thick clumps of animal hair. The dryer filter was also disgusting. I had to clean my washer and dryer too many times, this should have been taken care of before I moved in. The bottom of my doors and baseboards were all chewed up. During the winter months it got worse. I complained about my heat numerous times, and the only thing the office kept telling me is that's how it gets in the winter. At one point I was without heat for 6 days straight, they gave me a space heater!! Aside from that the neighbors were always loud, I knew their every move..I heard their baby, the dog, and when they would have sex. I complained about that and my only option was to switch units but i just wanted to leave!!! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!!
