An extremely well kept national Park. The park rangers in information center for very helpful. It was absolutely an honor for me to stand in the same room where Lee surrendered to Grant in the Civil War. We must protect our history to pass it on to the next and future Generations. We are strong proud country the United States of America and we need to keep it that way

Very nice small historical stop but a must for any and all! I think that it is fitting that a country with so many small towns came back together after a horrible war in a small town. The rangers here are great and know a lot. Watch the movie, explore the small museum and take the time to walk around the town to get a feel for what life was like for ALL of the people during this important time in our countries history.
