The 4 stars are strictly for the staff, we are a family of 6, and their service made our family day outing complete, they were so nice. The food was lackluster, like a frozen meal from the supermarket.... and I am NOT talking the ok ones! Even my kids said they'd rather we went to McDonald's drive thru. Applebees used to be THE place to go for a good old meal and drink. The drinks were on point but the food I give a minus 5. Won't be eating there anymore.
