I purchased an X-tang trifold bed cover from Anchor. This product has a lifetime warranty. The spring loaded clasp that anchors one side of the cover failed. This caused the cover to break at a riveted joint. I presented this to a salesman, but they would not honor the warranty stating they could not prove it was a parts failure suggesting it may have been the result of vandalism no evidence to support this theory. I then attempted to present this to X-tang customer service and one week later have still not received a call back from their customer service representative.
After reading this review, the customer service rep called X-tang again on my behalf and they decided to honor the warranty. I will be receiving a new cover this week.
