This place is a joke and a sham. We purchased a dining room set at the end of February and were told it would possibly take up to 30 days for the set to come in. My fiancé received a call about 2 weeks later saying that the table would be in and ready for pick up on Wednesday. When he went it to get it, it wasn’t there and he was told it would be there the following Wednesday. He called the store on the day he was given and was again told that the set had not made it in but to try back the next day. He did, I’m sure you can figure at this point he was told the same thing. This continued on for a MONTH. Finally I had enough and called myself. I was told that the “manufacturer” of the set we ordered was actually sold out and it would take another 3-4 weeks for it to come in. Basically to me it sounds like my set DID come in but they sold it to someone else. I was told over the phone that I could come in and pick out another set and would receive a FREE UPGRADE. When I got there about an hour later the same man, Mike I believe, changed his story and told me the upgrade couldn’t exceed $100. So essentially in order for me to get a replacement table I would have had to come out of pocket a minimum of $200 as all the tables were priced well above what I had initially paid. They were still holding on to the $260 for the table I never received. I left without a table and had to have my money refunded after over a month of getting the run around from these clowns. I already called and spoke with one person from corporate and I am waiting for a return call from another. I wish I could give this trash place and their employees zero stars.
