My wife and I inherited Harvey a little over 6 years ago and have stayed with him because of consistently high service. Harvey always takes the time to explain complex insurance matters in simple terms but with all the important details and at length. At certain times, as needed, I've probably been on the phone with him for an hour and never felt like he was rushing me off or wouldn't answer my question....in fact, Harvey is usually coming up with additional questions to make sure you've considered everything you need to protect your family. Harvey also is good about contacting you if he he's found a way to save you money on your coverages or if you have not conducted an annual insurance review in awhile. I would highly recommend Harvey--and Gary Jensen, one of his associates, for that matter--for personable, reliable, and honest service.
