This office could not care less about their customers, especially new prospective ones!!
I walked in to learn more information about Allstate and the members of the office were in the middle of a conversation. I waited several moments for them to acknowledge me and once they begrudgingly did they could not have shown a bigger lack of interest in me or my needs. It was clear they were not to be bothered from their conversation and their body language and attitude showed it.
If this office is this rude to its prospective clients, then i can only imagine how poorly treated and served their current customers are. Considering insurance companies only care about taking your money, i was shocked at how disinterested they were in taking mine.
