Called to make an appointment and a man answered the phone but never stated his name. He proceeded to take down my personal information and ask me about my insurance. I told him about my history and that I was not happy with the results of surgery that I had in the past with a past podiatrist. He was very condescending on the phone talking to me as if I were a child and then refused to schedule me for an appointment telling me that protocol was to follow up with the previous surgeon. #1 It's my right to go to whatever Doctor that I choose #2 If this practice doesn't want to earn my business then that is their loss. I asked him for his name which he refused to give and he stated that he was the doctor and then proceeded to hang up on me. Something isn't right here. The behavior that this man displayed is unprofessional and inappropriate. I will be reporting it to several agencies. This rating truly deserves a 0 for the lack of professionalism and below par customer service. No wonder there was only one other review on here and it wasn't even associated with the Falls Church, VA location.
