Called to get a quote for replacing the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler. Kathy on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, and gave me the all-included price for installation at their facility, and for mobile installation during the day while I was at work. I opted for the mobile installation, as my hours prohibit me taking the car in. The day we had scheduled, it was pouring rain, but they were able to reschedule for the very next day.
They called when the tech was on his way, and then called me again when he had finished - much faster than I expected! Following up on the phone, Kathy reminded me not to take the car through a car-wash for three days, and to be gentle closing the doors for the next few days.
All in all, great customer service, great technicians, great warranty on the glass & installation, fast service, and an amazing price. For me, All American Glass of Lorton came in almost $150 cheaper than the big national chain that has the flashy TV commercials. I'm definitely using these guys for all my future glass needs!
