Purchasing experience was fine. Service experience leaves a lot to be desired. Car is under warranty, several issues, and horrible experience in the service department. Managers and technicians do not communicate well. Coordinating repairs, even under warranty, is way more challenging than it needs to be. Responsibility is placed on the customer rather than the dealership. Haven’t experienced this issue with GM, Toyota, or Honda.
