AL Nails

This is the best place in Lynchburg by far! They are meticulous and are never in a rush. They also offer a 10% discount for students! I’m always very happy when I leave feeling pampered and refreshed. If she’s available, I always ask for Maggie!

They did a great job on my nails, but seemed the one who did my nails was in a rush and they are not very friendly and the costumer service not so good.. They don't try to interact with the costumers at all besides one of the girls there, which she was friendly and seemed she took her time with her costumer. Wish I had her doing my nails instead. The lack of friendliness is definitely not good.

What is wrong with every nail shop in this area? If the customer service doesn’t suck; the work does! This place is no different. You walk in and someone behind a mask on the other side of the room yells something unintelligible to you and then everyone else just walks past you like you’re not even there! I guess a friendly, inviting atmosphere is too much to ask! Smh
