I scheduled an appointment with this salon and decided to call an hour before my appointment to ensure there were not any issues. I was told sorry I forgot your appointment and I am not near the shop. There was no empathy about the situation and the person i spoke with sounded as if she did not care that she booked an appointment and was a no show. I would not recommend this salon for a dog wash.
