Abysmal practice. Nurse practitioner (Winchester office) sees patients -- my husband never saw a doctor during his brief time with this practice. Nurse practitioner ordered every test she could think of (guess who paid for that? NOT THEM) and would not provide any intermediary pain relief (of ANY kind) "until all test results were in."
Of course, not seeing a doctor doesn't prevent them from billing you as if you had spent hours with one.
Complete disregard for patient privacy unless you ask to accompany your family member in an exam room. That is not allowed unless you have medical power of attorney or something. Because of "privacy concerns."
There are other acupuncturists, massage therapists, and pain specialists in this area, that are MUCH BETTER! Do not waste your time and money with this facility.
