Inside staff is sometimes nice, sometimes condescending. Phone staff, wherever they maybe, the worst. Supplies and appointments take forever. Even if you are trying to comply, if you have a problem, it takes weeks for resolution.

Undependable and lacking in customer service. I placed an order for supplies in November and was informed my order would take 10 days to two weeks. After three weeks I called and was informed my order was placed but I would not receive any thing until after the holidays. In January I was informed I needed to have my machine read for supplies. My next appt was in February where my doctor confirmed I was good for a year an they should have sent the supplies. At any rate, I have lost trust and find it hard to believe anything this company says.
