I place a online order on last Saturday because u needed a washer and dryer desperately. And it seemed to be a good deal, I called yesterday and yes we got you order be there tomorrow between 12 and 2, I am a widowed mother of 4 children i work 7 days a week 12 hour days,i had to take the day off that I couldn't afford but been desperate i do it 3 o'clock rolls around no delivery I giving them a benefit of the doubt thinking maybe their running late,wait 430 still no delivery or call. So i call (and I am assuming they forgot) so the gentleman says hold on, i wait, he get back on the line and say oh, im sorry we'll get that delivered there this evening, no explanation no nothing!!! It is now 6:31 and guess what still no washer n dryer!!!!!!I and no phone call no reschedule no explanation my question is wonder if my payments still due on Dec.15th for a washer n dryer I can not get.... or even a phone call would be curtious.... very upset Sheila Waddell -williams
