Went into the store tonight when the employee Rose was working. Went to get money orders as the store I work at was out, and was met with rudeness and unsatisfactory service. She was rude to me as well as slow in waiting on customers. When I arrived there were already 6 people in front of me so I had to wait, no problem. When my turn comes she has nerve to look around and say it'll be about 10 mins, so she was expecting me to stand aside and let others go on front of me therefore making me wait longer than I already had, we'll I didn't move I figured I had already waited in line my turn means my turn for service. Then she tells me I have to do the moeny orders separate (which I know isn't the case seeing as I work for the company, and have for almost 3 years, just not at this location). She does the first one then drops money which whatever she's doing like she's supposed to in that respect for the time I went there, but then she goes to get ready to wait on someone else like she was just going to do one money order and then think that was enough for me although she already knew I had more than one to do. So I go to tell he the next amount her response was under her breathe "seriously?" like she was mad I didn't let her ring someone else up. She rings that trans. up and the drops money again and says under her breathe again "at least you could have put it in an envelope". Moral of the story I ALWAYS have issues with this location and I'm tired of it. I'm a patron there just like any other customer and I feel I should be given the same respect as any other customer. This Rose person obviously has no experience at 711 or with the public and needs to have some more training or at least someone else working with her since she's so inexperienced.
