2201 Pershing Apartments

I loved living here! Darian and the team made it feel like home. I never had any issues with anything breaking or anything of the sort. Great amenities and the rooms are quite large. It is a younger community (I'm 31 and I felt a bit old), but I never heard noise from any of the tenants. Very dog friendly place. Easy access to running routes, restaurants, DC, and the Arlington area. Equity management is very strict on payment deadlines FYI - so don't be late or else you'll get hit with a large ($300) late fee!

This is a great place to live! You get a great price for the location and apartment. I love the community and the location. I like the fact that you're not living right in the center of Clarendon and Courthouse, but still walking distance to the metro, shops, and restaurants. I've lived here for several years and plan on staying for many more! My neighbors are friendly and the staff has been great! I haven't had many service issues, but when I do the maintenance team has it fixed right away. This is a great place to live for a number of years!
